QuickView 250

QuickView 250 high speed non-contact co-ordinate measuring machine

QuickView non-contact video measuring machines are unique systems that deliver outstanding repeatability, throughput and reliable performance for the control of production processes.

State of the art linear motors facilitate rapid motion for the fastest measurement throughput available. Patented Programmable Ring Light (PRL) uses red, green, blue or white light for optimal image illumination. A dual magnification and dual camera optical system quickly switches from low to high mag whilst maintaining measurement speed without any delay.

QuickView’s are ideal for production operations where throughput is the main criteria and space is at a premium.

VMS™ metrology software drives and controls all QuickView functionality. This technology provides extensive capabilities to control lighting; image and motion to a finite degree, ensuring measurements are precise and repeatable. VMS incorporates sophisticated yet easy to use editing tools allowing the user unhindered access to all machine parameters.High Accuracy Fixed Lens Measuring System
