Service Support OGP are committed to providing the very highest levels of service and support. We have attained ISO 9000 accreditation to ensure that our systems and management infrastructure formally maintain, monitor and improve performance at all levels.
We provide varying levels of service packages to meet the differing demands and budgets of our customers.
Gold contracts provide an all inclusive service and calibration programme for customer’s requiring priority response, this package includes all labour charges for calibration and service call outs plus all available software updates.
Most customers though, recognise the outstanding reliability of OGP machines and opt for the Silver contract. This provides for two scheduled visits per annum, one for calibration and one for maintenance plus all available software updates. |
