QC CALC is fully automatic data collection and Statistical Process Control (SPC) software interface for all in-process and after process inspection.
QC CALC automatically creates a database using nominal and tolerance data assigned with the SmartScope inspection routine. As inspection takes place a real time, colour coded chart is displayed showing individual data and trend analysis.
Automatic reporting will display First Article, Statistic Summary, Raw Data, Single or Multi Part Gauge Reports (P/T Ratio)
All data is archived and can be filtered using a multitude of identifiers, which are stored at the time of measurement.
